Community Development and Social Services Minister, Ms. Doreen Mwamba last week attended Children’s Parliament to join the conversation on improving their welfare.

The Children’s Parliament that drew participation of children from 11 countries, discussed matters that affect the welfare of children at both continental and global levels.

Various organizations that support children, such as ChildFund Zambia, Save the Children Zambia, SOS Children’s Villages – Zambia, World Vision Zambia, Plan International Zambia and Terre Des hommes joined force to work for the success of Children’s Parliament.

The Ministry of Community Development and Social Services is working tirelessly to improve Children’s  welfare through various interventions such as nutritional improvement through improved agriculture production.
